Warning to all potential online ticket buyers stay away from ticketbis. I lost over 1000 euros due to them not safeguarding the tickets I was sold. I’ll go into more detail in a minute. I am not alone in my dissatisfaction with this site. Check out what other angry customers said at Review Centre. Here you’ll find that Ticketbis is chronically late in sending out tickets, does not answer emails, ignores clients requests and rarely gives refunds. While these failings are poor business practices they pale in comparison Ticketbis’ main flaw which is THEY DO NOT VERIFY THAT THE SELLER’S ARE ACTUALLY SELLING THE SAME TICKETS THEY ADVERTISE ON THE SITE. In other words a seller could advertise that they selling tickets for the Champions League Final that are “the best in the stadium.” You buy them for about a 100% mark-up BUT when they arrive they turn out to be up in the nosebleeds. The worst seats in the house sold at the best seat prices. You complain to Alma M at Ticketbis you’ve been cheated and she smugly tells you that it is your own fault. That’s right your funking fault. Turns out good ol’ Ticketbis is just a LISTING AGENT.
Huh? You say what about all the “guarantees” and promises of “100% safety and reliability”? Those are just marketing strategies, or ad slogans. Cause they sure as heck ain’t actual promises or policies. Not in my case they weren’t.
In September, 2012, I was in Spain visiting friends. I saw Jose Tomas would star in bullfight in Nimes, France. This is a rare occasion he only fights a few times a year. Regretfully I used Ticketbis to secure seats. Now the offer for the tickets I bought described itself as being in the shade and “the best place to watch the action from.” At time of purchase there was no seating chart available to nail down the exact location of the seats. To me that sounded like ringside (first 5 rows. Rows 1-5). That and the fact that the offer was grouped on the page next to the other offers for front row seats. As well these tickets were priced similar to the other ringside tickets. So naturally I thought they were ringside tickets.
But I’d never been to this particular bullring before. And, the ad contained the word “toril”. Now in Spain toril is the door the bulls come out of. So a seat over or near the toril is a very good ringside seat. I was on the Spanish version of Ticketbis so it was safe to assume that this was yet another indicator of a front row seat. To be absolutely sure I called up Ticketbis’ Madrid office and asked Alma M what toril meant. She confirmed what I thought that it was the door for the bulls and that these were front row seats. Then I asked her if there was a seating chart I could consult. At the time there wasn’t. Though Alma wasn’t sure exactly where the seats were, she told me that “they must be contrabarreras (rows2-5) at the very least”. She did say that and more…”but don’t worry our site is very safe.” So now I had assurances from an employee. I bought the tickets. The nightmare began.
For starters the tickets were late. They did not arrive within 2 weeks as promised. Alma who had assured that the site was safe neglected to return any of my 5 emails. Finally I had to threaten to go to Madrid and confront them to get a response. The tickets finally did arrive 5 days before the fight. When got the tickets I checked their locations on the seating chart Ticketbis had posted on their site in the interim. And surprise, surprise my seats weren’t in the 1st, or 2nd, or even 5th or 6th row. No sir. My seats were in the 3rd to last row of the upper-most section. AKA nosebleeds. So funking high-up you need an oxygen tank and a sherpa to make it to your seats.
When I complained to Ticketbis they told me that it was my fault. I should have made sure what type of tickets the seller actually had before I paid for them. Wow, unbelievable. But it get’s better. They owed me no refund because they’re just a listing agent. If there was a problem with the tickets I should take it up with the seller. Fine you wanna punk out, I can’t teach to be a man. Just give me the seller’s contact info and I’ll
deal with that scoundrel. What’s that? You can’t give out that info. That’s confidential. So you’re gonna protect the thief whole stole my money.
And that’s how it went down. I have Long since lost hope of getting my 1000 euros back. Ticketbis maintains that because I received tickets I got what I paid for. That’s like you seeing an add for the world’s finest chocolate and orderinf it based on the ad. Then BOOM when you’re chocolate arrives it’s old and stale and opened with sand on it. You complain to the chocolate-guy and he says that because you did in fact receive some chocolate, albeitn dirty chocolate, you have no refund coming your way. Imagine living your life like that. No moral, no character, just lie and cheap chicanery. Sad ol’ Ander. Poor lil’Jorge.
I’ve since learned that Ticketbis’ scandalous ways weren’t exclusive to me. They’re shadey with everyone. I don’t know Ander Michelana (ceo) but it seems his parents weren’t home much. At least not long enough to teach him how to be a man of honor and character. I’m not saying he’s in fact that way, but by how he does business he seems that way.
I have even offered to let this whole thing go if one of Ticketbis’ manager’s meets me for coffee, admits they screwed up and agrees to post a warning for buyers to beware of possible fraud on their site. I’ll let you know if ODT (“Old Dirty Ticketbis”)
I was just about to spend £1,000 on RWC tickets with these guys. I’ve changed my mind – thanks for taking the time to share your experiences. M
thanks so much for relaying your experience. I’m so happy to hear we helped you not be cheated.
do not use them
These companies are popping up all over the place . Ticketbis , Viagogo , etc etc . They rely on people they do not know to list tickets for people to buy . So when you buy a ticket you are putting your faith in a total stranger who neither Ticketbis or you knows . So basically they take your money and pass the blame on to a stranger. who nobody can ever contact . When a seller lists a ticket they have to leave email addresses , contact numbers , bank details etc so they can get paid after the event . So to say they have no info on sellers is a total lie . The best solution for people to buy sold out tickets is to use a company who have the tickets or can obtain them for you . Not these 3rd party companies who just keep taking big booking fees and washing there hands with you after receiving it . As you can see form other posts even legitimate sellers on there site are not being paid for delivering tickets . What chance have you got dealing with frauds like this . Another tip is to use an ASTA registered company as most of these companies comply with strict ticketing rules
Thanks. Good advice.
I wish I had known about them before I wasted my money and got cheated! Same thing- they claim no responsibility and blame the seller. No integrity! They are criminals and should be shut down to protect consumers
I bought 2 tickets to Rod Stewart in Dunedin for 11th April for my partners birthday and same as above the tickets have been emailed accept when I opened the email I found that they were Ticket Direct tickets and were in fact Bronze tickets worth $92 each as opposed to the Silver Tickets I purchased at a cost of $231 each! I’ve just rung Ticket Direct and they have explained that the site is Fraudulent and they can’t help me. Now I don’t even know if my tickets are real?? In reading the history of this going back to 2012 – why are they still allowed to be in business? We need to stop this company from operating.
I agree…they should be bea-…stopped. I had similar experience to yours. I call it the TicketBitch-Bait-And-Switch. Charge for premium seats send out dogshit. They did me for a thousand €s. That’s why I started this site. I would try to compile a list of other victims and file a class action suit for fraud, but I live in California and that’s a bit far from the Jurisdiction. Thanks for contributing, good luck. Death To Ticketbitch!
I was just about to sell man u v west brom tickets on this site but have decided not to given all the above reviews. Will try to sell them locally instead
Avoid ticketbis. They cheated me for 610 £. Bad information, bad service, and they never admit that they screwed up. Hopeless to get in contact with and when you do, they only serve you lies that you bought the wrong tickets. Bullshit!
Purchased world superbike tickets. Nothing after 8 weeks. Chased it up online staff very unhelpful and said that the tickets would be with me just 3 days before the event (2 days after Im supposed to leave) staff didnt care and wouldnt offer a refund. Suggested I sold the tickets on their site. Frankly ill be lucky to get anything out of this at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. When challenged they simply end the conversation.
I wish i had read all these comments in regards to ticketibis before i booked real madrid tickets with them for this coming Wednesday with my little boy… no tickets as of yet, but did recieve an email from them yesterday stating they don’t print the tickets off untill 5 days before the match. Flying out tuesday afternoon. Hope we don’t get ripped off after spending alot of money to travel and spend a few days in Madrid.
Do not use these scammers. paid for two manu tickets in sept 2014 for a match in feb 2015. tickets never arrived………. lucky i used my credit card, got compensation from them. Spoke you manu about them they have them on the web site as a company not to use………. BEWARE
I did not see this review on time and I lost 500 euro that I paid for Tottenham V Man U match.
I received the tickets at the stadium one hour before the match starts and the tickets turned to be fake and my friend and me been almost arrested by the police!!!
I claimed for a refund which Christopher and George from Ticketbis customer service emailed me that I am entitled of and yet four months after I did not receive it.
They avoid most of my emails and when they finally reply they write never ending stories about problems they have in their finance department or lack of proves form my side.
stay away from those thieves.
Made a sale of 2 tickets ,had an email that they were paid for, after the event 1 month on ,still no payment,,,,,oh the customer had asked for a refund….?so she watched the event ,as I was also there, for free……customer services at its worst ,robbing without a mask.
Hi. My brother is living the same situation in Colombia, he hopes to get paid, I am afraid this could happen to him. sorry to hear about it.
I bought a ticket online from ticketbis €150.83 received via UPS for €49.50 wrong location hope its not a dud ticket

Ekkehart
I have still not been paid for Manchester Derby tickets sold through Ticketbis. I managed to contact the buyer on Facebook and he definitely received and paid for the tickets. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. TOTAL RIP OFF MERCHANTS.
AVOID TICKETBIS !!!!
I can confirm all the bad things to read about Ticketbis. I ordered some footballtickets for a price ten times higher face value. A few hours prior to the game they told me that tickets would have to be personalized (hee??, never had this before). All emails containing requested data were rejected. Dialing their phone number was ending somewhere in nowhere. Finally I got in touch using their online help and got the confirmation that tickets would arrive by email the same day… one hour later I received an email telling me that personal data would have been supplied much too late and they would now cancel the order and -we´ll see- refund my payment. Ok, back to online help where they confirmed cancellation! I do not believe that I will see my money again. Keep you updated.
AVOID TICKETBIS !!!!
U
I was sold 2 adult tickets for a football match. When they arrived, there was 1 adult and 1 junior. It was my fault though because the teller said “surely there’ll be 2 adults”!! The tickets aren’t even sat together so impossible to sell on. Again my fault apparently. Their website’s terms and conditions state that these tickets are “erroneous tickets” as the were sold together but are not in. As for the price, I paid £191 for tickets that are useless and have a face value of £60. I am still awaiting an appropriate response. Absolutely disgraceful!
Fuck ticket is!
I started a campaign of negative tweets about them including all of their worldwide twitter accounts and then also started multiple clicking their paid for google adwords adverts – which costs them money. You could use a Tor Browser to do this most effectively. I informed them of this and was paid in full within a couple of days.
I paid through the nose for two tickets for a concert in Munich (Germany) only to find out that I actually had only bought an option on two tickets if a trader were able to buy them (or not) and deliver them (or not) two days before the event. Until that time (however many weeks or months away) I was left completely in the dark. I feel I have been mis-sold, misled and fundamentally defrauded.
When I asked customer service some basic questions I found that time and time again my questions were ignored or answered in a manner that was completely disingenuous. For example, when I asked them if they
could please send me the tickets I thought I had bought, they said unfortunately football tickets are only printed shortly before the event, so we cannot send them. When I made it clear (again) that I had bought tickets for a concert (not for a sports event) and that the tickets had in fact already been issued, my request was ignored.
Basically, this site says it is selling you tickets, when actually all they are selling is an option to receive tickets if some third party trader is able to buy them for less than you are willing to pay and decides to deliver them to you two days before the event. Until such time you have no rights, no information and no certainty, you are simply left hoping that you have overpaid enough so that someone else is willing to get you the tickets.
The reaction from Ticketbis customer service has been absolutely shameless, essentially saying that they are merely an intermediary and therefore bear no responsibility.
I agree and completely support this site. I am glad that somebody has put the effort to raise the alarm on Ticketbis, as they are extremely dodgy and are so smug and confident that they are untouchable even though they are clearly conning their users! Yes, this is all subject to everybody’s personal experiences, but you just have to check other online forums too to see that they are frauds. So, they may occasionally provide their right tickets, but have you seen how many people have been let down by them? It is no wonder that they are inactive on Facebook and not interactive on Twitter because they are ashamed. There is an alarmingly high record of frustrated buyers online and the general consensus is that their customer service is dire.
Ticketbis have the perfect excuse: they are merely a third party platform and they aren’t direct sellers of their tickets. But previous employees have written online that they actually do have tickets to sell as most of the scalpers are actually hired by the company. And when they don’t have the tickets they still adverstise them with the hope of being able to provide them later on. If they don’t get them on time and sell them for double the price, then tough luck on the sucker who bought the tickets online.
They cannot simply say that it isn’t their fault. At the end of the day, this is a service for people who want to buy tickets to an event. If they cannot be guaranteed that they are going to be given what they have purchased, they must warn the buyers of this risk, so that they can decide if they want to purchase their tickets elsewhere.
I would also like to note that they have a history of producing frauds, as I have seen on other forums and would definitely like to spread the news as it proves what many people suspected. The actual founders of Ticketbis, Ander Michelena and Jon Uriarte have a previous history of owning companies that have since been closed for fraudulent activity, such as Iguana Tickets, which was reported to have sold false tickets during the 2014 FIFA World Cup and was subsequently closed down. They are registered online as being the CEOs of this company before moving on to focus on their recent money grabbing scheme; Ticketbis.
I just hope that soon these scumbags will get what they deserve.
I bought ticket for Man united – Liverpool 12-09-2015.I did not see clearly advertised that it contained a Under 17 restriction and tried to rectify my mistake it by sending an email to ticketbis to cancel the purchase as soon as I received the confirmation stating that it was an under 17 ticket. I sent several emails but didn’t get a reply, I chatted to a ticketbis employee but there standard answer is that they are not responsible as the sale had gone through already. I asked for the ad to see whether ticketbis had been clear about the Under 17 restriction but no answer again. That is it. I lost my £96 and there is nothing I can do about it, and certainly ticketbis will not do anything about it. They had enough time to cancel the order but showed absolutely no intent to do so. If everything runs smoothly and you don’t mind paying way over the odds ticketbis delivers a service, on the contrary if there is a slight problem you lose your money. I would strongly discourage people from using this organisation. If anyone know where to go to make this an official complaint, please let me know.
Flat out thieves and liars
SCAM SCAM SCAM
Run Away from Ticketbis website.
They will steal your money!!!
To those who need to hear a positive experience 🙂
Right, so here is my story: last week I was looking for 2 Arsenal tickets to attend their game on Sept 12th, I checked all the possible resale websites for days but tickets were always either too expensive (especially once you add booking fees) or single seats (not ideal). So when I have found 2 adjoining tickets on Ticketbis for almost half the price I was willing to put into this I was so happy I didn’t think twice and ordered them straight away. But once the euphoria had worn off, I started to feel less incredibly lucky and more doubtful: this looked too good to be true, there had to be something fishy going on and, worst of all, I willingly jumped into it . So I googled “Ticketbis reviews” – found this page (among others) …. scanned the reviews… couldnt see one good thing….needless to say I panicked. I knew it!!! Stupid stupid me!!! So I contacted Ticketbis via their online chat, asked if I could cancel my order and get a refund, well of course not, it was in the policies that I agreed on but didn’t even take the time to read in case someone would snatch my tickets. They tried to be as reassuring as they could, telling me it would all be okay, blablabla…
So there was not much I could do and I forced myself to come to terms with the fact that the money was lost although I couldn’t help the glimpse of hope that maybe, just maybe ….
Finally the tickets arrived (it was season passes actually) but I was only completely relieved once we were inside the stadium, at our seats (which were really good – Row 4).
Anyway, I am sorry to hear you guys had a bad experience – I don’t know if I got lucky this time but I felt like it would be useful for others to know that sometimes it can also go well 🙂 If I would do it again? mmh… probably yes, but for a limited amount of money, the kind of amount that I can write-off in case without being too upset.
Thanks Nayli- it’s always good to hear a positive review…from one of Ticket-bitch’s employees. Are they still paying you guys £20 per fake review?
Thanks for the warning, I’m sure this site cost them a whole lot more than £1000. Regards
I paid for two tickets for the football game Germany vs. Poland. I got neither tickets nor money back. They promissed me to return my money, but I receive only excuses from them. Avoid Ticketbis!!!
I bought tickets to the Liverpool v Bordeaux game, they arrived electronically and I went to the stadium. Then found out that the seats were already used, so was sent to the ticket office only to find ticketbis is famous in France for fraudulent activity.
I’m going to do a chargeback on my card to get the money back, this is easy if you used a credit card, so I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to get cash back. Just google it.
But I really respect you’ve taken the time to write this blog. Wish I’d read it before.
I offered 2 wales v belgium tickets euro 2015 qualifers for sale and they wanted to sell them to someone in belgium. the stadium map clearly showed this section was for home supporters only. i spoke to them in chat for few days and they said oj its ok we will tell them to wear neutral clothing, ha ha. cancelled the sale they then wanted £60 for admin fees. contacted the bank to refuse any requests from ticketbis to withdraw monies from my account. they appear to have gone away. threatened them with distance selling regulations they are absolute shysters only interested in the mony. i gave the tickets away to a family friend in the end, couldnt face selling them on after this episode
I have another scam where the buyer claimed an empty envelople. Ticketbis believed him despite evidence of purchase and delivery and despite saying the opposite fined me. Do not deal tickets from them!!! SELLER BEWARE
I bought 2 tickets for Liverpool versus Southampton that took place on 25 Oct. I bought the tickets on 23 Oct and received a call from +24341 on the morning of 24 Oct that the tickets will be delivered near the stadium just before the match. The tickets were for my son and both of us took the train from London to Liverpool, a 3-hour journey, believing this would work out. In response to a query, I received an e-mail on the morning of the 25th from “Kim.J” assuring me that Ticketbis had contacted the seller and that the seller will inform me of delivery information soon by SMS text message or call. Kim J also confirmed that “the delivery will be made just about an hour before the event close by the Stadium because of the security reason to be delivered within close time. Please do not worry about it.” I should have suspected something was wrong. I never received a call or text and attempts to contact Ticketbis were, not surprisingly, unsuccessful. My son was extremely disappointed and I was mad at myself for putting my trust in this scam operation.
Ticket has made me realise that I should not put too much faith in these type of websites. I will never use Ticketbis again and will make it a point to re-post this comment on all review websites so that people will know that they are likely to end up disappointed and angry should they use Ticketbis.
I have since asked for a refund and would like to see how Ticketbis would respond.
To avoid disappointment, please stay away from Ticketbis. Even if you’re desperate, it is just not worth it. Stay away !!!
Hello, I’m trying to find the correct place to complain. I’m so dissapointed with the ticketbis service. Was the first time that I had used it and also the LAST. Laste week I have bought my tickets to watch Chelsea/Porto match, is going to be in December but I’m the customer and IF I book that in December is because is a quite important. Was my boyfriend’s birthday and I was expecting to give him the tickets on his birthday and I couldn’t. When I bought it they told me that I will receive the tickets on the 30/10/2015 and WE DIDN’T, then in the website still saying that we going to receive on the 30/10/15 and today is 04/11/15. I have asked every day on the online help and all the team is saying the same: “We are sorry for that, next week” I CAN’T ACCEPT THAT, do you know why? Because when your website asked me to pay the tickets I just paid it , you didn’t wait for any money, I paid it, I was responsable because you are giving to me a service. So why should I wait so long? I want a refund, I want an explanation about what is going on. I don’ want someone else saying is going to be next week.
This service is a rubbish. They have to learn how they can do a good service. I’m blaming you Ticketbis because you are not honest, fair and helpful with your customers!
I purchased 2 tickets for the Arsenal v Man United game on October 4th 2015 and paid the vast sum of £433 for them. Ok that was my decision and I accepted the price. I rang the company before making my purchase and was assured all would be ok and they would be genuine tickets, so I took the leap of faith and bought them. The tickets arrived safely, albeit a few days later than promised, in the form of 2 x Arsenal Membership card season tickets. I went along to the game paying a further £111 for train tickets to London but to my horror when I presented the cards to the stewards on the gate they flashed up as a security risk and myself and my son were ushered into a side room and basically interrogated about the tickets. We were told the tickets did not belong to us and the people who had purchased them had been selling them on a match by match basis, which is totally against club policy. The tickets were retained by the stewards and we were given a card to say they had been taken due to touting, we were also REFUSED ENTRY to the ground. Despite me pleading with the stewards they were in no mood to listen to me. Since that day over a month ago I have in about 20 emails presented all this info to Tickebis along with a PDF of the card the stewards gave me but although they have answered my emails they refuse to believe my story and are asking for more proof than I have given. I contacted Arsenal directly regarding this but they refuse to help or give me any other documentation on the basis I am NOT the season ticket card holder. They did however want me to give evidence and more details about where I have got these tickets from. These tickets were a present for my son who was devastated, not only to miss the game but also to see me subjected to a grilling at the ground. All in all in am £544 out of pocket. Ticketbis also tell me the seller says these tickets are valid, which of course is true, but they are not valid to be sold on as I found out to my cost. I would advise anybody NOT TO USE THIS SITE, it is basically a re sale site and whilst I would guess sometimes things go ok and people do get tickets you are taking a massive chance. Plus if things don’t work out they will NOT REFUND YOU. This post is the start of my campaign to stop these people from trading and from continuing to rip others off.
I HAVE BOUGHT SOME TICKETS FOR THE UFC193 MELBOURNE I PAID $550.00 PER TICKET WHEN THE TICKETS ARRIVED THEY WERE WORTH $187.00 i HAVE EMAILED TICKETBIS AND THEY SAY THEY ONLY SELL FOR OTHER PEOPLE AND DO NOT SET THE PRICE OMG DONE LIKE A DOGS DINNER DO NOT BUY ON TICKETBIS.
.
I was ripped off also…I wish I had seen this post….I believed I was purchasing tickets for inner circle to a concert, instead I received tickets, way out the back and when I complained I was not assisted by ticketbis. They said they only provide a platform for sales and were not responsible for any errors with the tickets…yet they collect the money and do not provide details of whom I need to speak to get a refund. Total rip off do not use, if there is an issue you are on your own. I paid for the better tickets 364 where as the tickets I received are only worth 209. RIP OFF
Anyone got a good site they WOULD recommend using for Champions League tickets for the Rome v Real Madrid game in Feb? There are loads of sites that all appear
legit but there are also loads of stories like the ones here. I just want 3 tickets for my son and his mate (and me!), at a reasonable price without getting ripped off!
Paid 4 tickets for a top football match of Juventus through Ticketbis and spent quite a fortune. After few days I was asked by Ticketbis to send a photo of my credit card, allegedly for security reasons. I didn’t send any as I was afraid it was going to be hacked or misused. I was then refused the tickets, but the payment has not be refunded after 60 days.
Is there any way to cancel a purchase?? I’ve excitedly bought a concert ticket but now I’m thinking of just staying on the safe side….
I got scammed! Thankfully I bought through PayPal and they’re getting my £200 back!
Would anyone from this thread like to discuss this issue further for a BBC 5 live programme we are making? If so, please tweet me @alistairmagowan Thanks
I think it’s very helpful you shared your awful experience, could help users who are trying to find face-value tickets to find the best source to buy from.
WARNING: Don’t use Ticketbis under any circumstances. They do not verify any of the tickets being sold and scammers therefore use them with fake tickets. I made the mistake and was stopped from entering the venue on the night. Ticketbis then did everything possible to try and refuse a refund even though I should be protected by the online purchase. The police are now investigating them.
It’s only a matter of time before ticketbis is shut down. Just don’t become one of these shysters’ victims in the meantime.
REVENTA DE ENTRADAS. Les voy a decir su TRUCO:
1. Unos brokers compran muchas entradas.
Stay away,fraud!!
DONT USE Ticketbis!!
If you get your tickets at all, you end up with way worse tickets than you originally ordered/payed for. The service is useless and arrogant!
Yes, Ticketbis is a big scam, don’t buy tickets at ticketbis. We lost 200,- euro in tickets. When we arrived at the stadion our tickets were used already. There is no way to contact them
DO NOT buy from ticketbis. Bought 4 tickets for CAT1 match for euros and when they arrived they are for wheel chair access only!!!!!
Contaced them and they will not do anything…..DO NOT buy….Down 1000 euros scam. Solicitor will be involved now
The same with me and many other people in Poland – some of them commented it on trustpilot – either tickets sent few hours before match, or never, some were not let in to the stadium because of mistake on the ticket. So it is huge cheat. Be careful with them as we dont know if these occasional positive comments are not from their employees… Majority of Polish buyers (and also sellers) had issue with them,
Dont resell tickets at ticketbis!!
I sold tickets for England vs Portugal for 2nd June. This is my first time to resell the tickets as I couldnt make it there. Soon after I put them on ticketbis, they sold within a half day on 30th May.
They were very responsive with my inquiries regarding selling tickets by emailing me back quickly. I was advised to get my payment on 13th June though, as of today, 21st June, I still havent received the payment yet.
I contacted with Ticketbis a number of times since 17th June. But only response I got was “The payment was processed last Friday 17th June. Please be patient. It will be in your account.”
Payment was supposed to be arranged for 13th June. but they said 17th. And even today on 21st June, I still havent received it yet.
The payment status on my account at Ticketbis states that its been paid. I contacted with paypal to doublecheck if the payment has been blocked or not. But they couldnt see any payment to be arranged to my account.
I really recommend not to use Ticketbis for selling. They might be helpful before selling tickets. But when it comes to the payment process, they get very quiet. And I still havent received the payment yet. They are very bad.
I left the review yesterday on another side. And Ticketbis answered as below without being serious about the delayed payment issue.
From Ticket bis
“We are very sorry for the inconveniences. However, as an agent has informed you, the payment was done the 17th. You will receive the money in the next few days. In case this doesn’t happen, please let us know. ”
Today is 22nd June. Payment was done on 17th June. Why has it taken so long? Obviously there must be something wrong with the payment. Ticketbis must be a bunch of thiefs.
Here is the review I left yesterday to explain to everyone who sees this page.
“I sold tickets for England vs Portugal for 2nd June.
They are very bad.”
Dear Ticketbis and all potential sellers and buyers (Ticketbis Reference number 2W14038K5W06)
Please do not use this money grabbing website to resell or buy tickets.
I sold tickets for England vs Portugal for 2nd June.
Soon after I put them on ticketbis, they sold within a half day on 30th May.
They were very responsive with my inquiries regarding selling tickets by emailing me back quickly. I was advised to get my payment on 13th June though,
as of today, 27th June, I still havent received the payment yet.
Original payment was 13th June.
Then they emailed me again it would be 17th June.
And they said it would be done on 21st June.
And they emailed me again the payment was processed (according to the finance department) on 23rd June. But no payment as of today 27th June.
Response to my previous reviews here, they said they would pay in by the end of next week
which is 1st July. But I got another email saying they would pay in by 24th June. Because
the finance department has already processed it. So I think they are the company which dont wanna deal with any headaches once they got cash in with massive margin they put
and never process the payment to the sellers. They are very bad. Dont use them.
